- • Own and drive regional business performance across EMEA, including revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, and operational execution for Fieldguide’s go-to-market initiatives.
- • Lead and scale the EMEA go-to-market organization, overseeing sales, customer success, services, and support functions to ensure aligned execution and growth.
- • Carry and manage the EMEA regional revenue target, partnering directly with Account Executives and regional GTM leaders to build pipeline and close strategic enterprise deals within audit and advisory firms.
- • Work hands-on with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer outcomes across the EMEA region.
- • Develop and execute regional hiring plans to scale customer-facing teams in alignment with market demand, focusing on building high-performing, inclusive teams.
- • Partner closely with U.S.-based executive leadership to align regional strategy with global goals, operating models, and product roadmap for international expansion.
- • Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively recommend scalable solutions to support the maturation of Fieldguide’s EMEA business infrastructure.
- • Serve as a strategic thought partner on future regional needs across customer operations, support, and services, shaping long-term organizational design.
- • Participate directly in high-stakes customer conversations, strategic account planning, and complex enterprise deal cycles to drive closure and customer retention.
- • Build and nurture strong relationships with key regional partners and decision-makers across the audit, advisory, and risk/compliance ecosystem in EMEA.
- • In the first 6–12 months, execute and refine Fieldguide’s EMEA go-to-market strategy to establish market traction and scalability.
- • Scale the regional customer-facing organization by recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing teams in sales, customer success, and support.
- • Drive measurable revenue growth across EMEA through targeted pipeline development, deal execution, and customer expansion strategies.
- • Strengthen strategic relationships with top-tier audit and advisory firms to deepen market penetration and secure long-term partnerships.
- • Identify and close operational gaps as the EMEA business evolves, establishing repeatable processes for sales, customer success, and service delivery.
- • Build the foundational infrastructure required for sustainable, long-term EMEA growth, including team structures, reporting frameworks, and regional metrics.
- • Operate with autonomy and initiative in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, creating systems and processes where none exist.
- • Represent Fieldguide externally in EMEA as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders in the audit and compliance space.
- • Contribute to shaping company culture by modeling Fieldguide’s values of humility, inclusivity, collaboration, and growth-minded leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or related industries
- • Proven experience leading revenue or go-to-market organizations in EMEA
- • Strong understanding of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance ecosystem
- • Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing customer-facing teams in fast-growing environments
- • Experience managing cross-functional customer-facing teams, including sales, customer success, services, or support organizations
- • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build regional infrastructure from the ground up
