- • The Director, GTM Enablement at Zillow Group leads the end-to-end enablement strategy for the Agent Sales organization, reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations. This role is critical in transforming GTM operators into value-oriented sellers through AI-first, Challenger-led programs that drive revenue growth across Zillow’s real estate product portfolio.
- • Day to day, the Director will lead a team of managers and enablement professionals to design and execute onboarding, everboarding, certification, and sales methodology programs; own and optimize the enablement tech stack (Highspot, Gong, Salesforce); scale AI-powered coaching and content surfacing initiatives; define measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes like ramp time, win rates, and productivity; and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and L&D to ensure GTM readiness for product launches and team integrations.
- • The Agent Sales organization at Zillow helps real estate professionals grow their business through advertising and productivity solutions across products like Showcase, Premier Agent buyer leads, Zillow Pro, Dotloop, and media offerings.
