📋 Description
- • As the first Director, GTM Operations at SpryPoint Services Inc., you will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Revenue Operations, building the go-to-market engineering function from the ground up to enable predictable, scalable revenue growth.
- • You will own the GTM engineering roadmap, lead two teams, and translate high-level revenue strategy into actionable processes, infrastructure, and systems that drive operational excellence across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- • SpryPoint is a high-growth, award-winning software company (2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Canada and Fast 500 North America recipient) modernizing utility customer service and operations with cloud-native platforms like SpryCIS, SpryEngage, SpryMobile, and SpryWallet, serving 100+ utility clients across North America and the Caribbean with over 300 employees.
- • You will develop and mentor high-performing teams, foster a culture of systems thinking and disciplined execution, and gain deep ownership over the architecture of revenue operations in a fast-scaling, venture-backed environment with strategic investments from Norwest and Insight Partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building and scaling GTM operations or revenue operations functions in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- • Strong background in designing and implementing revenue systems, processes, and infrastructure (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, CPQ)
- • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams, with a track record of improving operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment
