  • • Your technical proficiency in areas such as software development, IT operations, DevOps, cloud computing, or similar technologies will be a significant asset in guiding your team and contributing to technical discussions.
  • • You will establish clear technical standards for lab creation, covering critical aspects like environment configuration, robust validation and testing practices, effective versioning strategies, and sustainable maintenance protocols.
  • • A background in leading automation and tooling improvement initiatives, in close coordination with R&D, Engineering, and Product teams, will be vital for enhancing lab reliability, reducing production timelines, and elevating the overall learner experience.
  • • You will possess the ability to critically evaluate the capabilities and constraints of our lab platforms, translating these insights into practical production standards and clear guidance for your team.
  • • Previous experience in an educational or instructional environment, or a closely related field, is highly preferred and will contribute to your success in this role.
  • • You will participate in technical deep dives to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of lab capabilities and topical content.
