- • The Director, Implementation Services, Enterprise leads the design, implementation, and management of Professional Services organizations including Enterprise Project Management, Business Consulting, and Pay Implementations to ensure alignment with strategic KPIs and company values of agility, effectiveness, trust, and innovation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams overseeing ModMed product implementations, mentoring and coaching staff, serving as an escalation point for client issues, managing project risks and resources, building trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, and proactively managing financial details such as revenue forecasting and EBITDA.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- • 5+ years of Electronic Health Record implementations leadership experience
- • 5+ years of experience leading Practice Management/Revenue Cycle Management implementations
- • Expert knowledge of creating and managing a Project Management organization
- • Experience with Salesforce or related implementation and CRM software solutions
- • Ability to quickly learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information
