This pivotal role reports directly to the VP, Investment Analytics and will be instrumental in leading a diverse team comprising Marketing Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Visualization specialists. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all analytics-related matters, guiding a team of Data Planning and BI professionals. This position demands a strategic thinker who can act as the team's go-to resource for daily marketing analytics inquiries while simultaneously driving the long-term strategic vision for client measurement frameworks, testing agendas, and sophisticated dashboarding solutions.
- • In this leadership capacity, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal partners to meticulously define project goals, establish realistic timelines, and architect comprehensive dashboarding solutions. This involves a deep understanding of various data sources, robust data collection methodologies, optimal schema design, and compelling visual design principles to ensure clarity and impact. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex data into actionable insights that empower clients to make informed decisions.
- • A key aspect of this role involves partnering with our Sales & Partnerships team and other agency capabilities. You will be responsible for articulating the significant benefits and advanced features of Tableau and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools to both prospective and existing clients. This requires a nuanced understanding of client challenges and the ability to demonstrate how our analytical solutions can effectively address them, thereby driving client acquisition and retention.
- • You will play a vital role in the continuous development and enhancement of our analytical offerings. This includes actively contributing to the design of collateral and the refinement of internal processes to further develop the practice and enrich our product portfolio. Your insights will help shape the future of our analytical services, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry.
- • A core responsibility is to define and implement robust measurement frameworks that are intrinsically aligned with overarching account strategies. This involves identifying the most appropriate data sources and key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately reflect client goals and effectively illustrate campaign effectiveness. You will be adept at translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
- • Furthermore, you will be tasked with planning and executing comprehensive measurement proposals. These proposals will be designed to evaluate and refine ongoing marketing activities, encompassing rigorous test-and-learn initiatives, conversion lift studies, and in-depth analytical deep dives.
