- • Lead and evolve the Corporate IT function while driving technology operations across Manufacturing and Supply Chain sites, including ownership of customer-facing IT hardware lifecycle for product offerings.
- • Define and execute IT and InfoSec strategy, build and lead a high-performing IT organization, manage comprehensive IT budget, and partner with Engineering, Manufacturing Ops, and Product teams to align infrastructure with company goals.
- • Oversee employee device management, collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack), enterprise SaaS systems, internal IT support and service desk functions, endpoint management, identity access (SSO), cybersecurity posture, and IT processes like Hire-to-Retire and Asset Management.
- • Ensure reliability of physical office technology and workspace infrastructure, including A/V solutions in meeting spaces; establish robust IT infrastructure in manufacturing and logistics sites covering networking, production-line systems, and data integrity; maintain high availability of operational technology (OT) and Industrial IT systems.
- • Implement IT governance and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001), own vendor and asset management, and maintain business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery plans across sites and services.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
- • Deep knowledge of endpoint management, enterprise networking, VPNs, SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Soti), and SaaS operations.
- • Experience supporting operational tech environments, including factory floor systems, scanners, kiosks, and hybrid infrastructure.
- • Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, and device hardening for both corporate and customer-facing endpoints.
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Security, and Engineering teams; comfortable working with remote and globally distributed teams.
