• • The Director, Legal Executive Recruiting role at LivingHR, Inc. is a full-desk, remote position focused on leading executive search efforts for high-impact legal and HR leadership roles, including lateral law firm partners, General Counsel, CHROs, and C-suite executives, while driving business growth and maintaining trusted client and candidate relationships.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading full-cycle retained and engaged searches, conducting market mapping and talent analysis, advising clients on succession planning and leadership design, managing client accounts, building a personal book of business through new client acquisition, and maintaining deep relationships with legal and HR executives via a white-glove candidate experience.
