- • As Director, Lifecycle Marketing & CRM, you will lead the strategy and execution of customer lifecycle initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across Sur La Table’s customer base, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
- • You will design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, leveraging data and segmentation to deliver personalized experiences through email, SMS, push notifications, and other owned channels, while managing CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- • You will partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, e-commerce, product, and analytics to align campaigns with business goals, oversee A/B testing and performance analysis, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- • You will build and mentor a high-performing team, foster a culture of experimentation and customer-centricity, and contribute to Sur La Table’s mission of creating meaningful culinary experiences through data-driven, emotionally resonant marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing strategies in e-commerce or retail environments
- • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze) and customer data platforms
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- • Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
