• • As a Director in Management Consulting focused on State & Local Government (HHS), you will lead high-impact consulting engagements for state health and human services agencies, driving mission-critical initiatives in Medicaid modernization, digital transformation, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance and superior delivery quality.
• • You will manage a portfolio of client relationships, oversee project execution, mentor consulting teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to Medicaid directors and agency executives, aligning consulting work with strategic goals and financial targets.
• • You will lead new business development efforts, targeting $5M+ in annual revenue growth by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and positioning Guidehouse as a thought leader in state health and human services consulting.
• • You will build and develop high-performing consulting teams through recruitment, coaching, and performance management, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning focused on public sector expertise.
