- • Lead the strategic integration of AI technologies into Cority’s Marketing operations to enhance efficiency, personalization, and performance across all customer touchpoints.
- • Design and implement AI-driven workflows that automate routine marketing tasks including campaign orchestration, lead scoring, content personalization, and email segmentation.
- • Collaborate with product, data, and sales teams to align AI initiatives with broader EHS+ platform goals and customer journey mapping.
- • Evaluate, select, and deploy third-party AI tools and platforms that complement Cority’s existing MarTech stack, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
- • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to quantify the impact of AI on marketing ROI, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
- • Oversee the development and maintenance of AI-powered customer segmentation models that dynamically adapt based on behavioral data and engagement patterns.
- • Train and mentor marketing team members on AI tool usage, data interpretation, and best practices for human-AI collaboration in campaign execution.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Data Science teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines feed AI models with accurate, timely, and compliant customer data.
- • Stay current with emerging AI trends in B2B marketing, particularly within regulated industries such as EHS, sustainability, and industrial safety.
- • Ensure all AI applications comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR) and Cority’s internal data governance policies.
- • Present AI-driven marketing insights and performance reports to executive leadership, translating technical outcomes into business value and strategic recommendations.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation by piloting new AI use cases, measuring results, and scaling successful initiatives across global marketing teams.
- • Optimize content delivery systems using AI to match messaging with regional, industry-specific, and role-based audience needs across Cority’s global customer base.
- • Reduce manual effort in reporting and analytics by automating dashboards, alert systems, and performance summaries using AI-driven data aggregation tools.
- • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to leverage AI insights from user behavior for improving product adoption and reducing churn.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading AI initiatives within a B2B marketing organization
- • Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot) and AI-powered analytics tools
- • Demonstrated ability to build and manage data pipelines for marketing AI applications
- • Strong track record of measuring and improving marketing ROI through technology-driven optimization
- • Experience working in regulated industries (EHS, safety, sustainability, or similar) is preferred
- • Fluency in privacy regulations such as PIPEDA and GDPR as they apply to marketing data
