Director, Marketing Analytics

📋 Description

• • As Director, Marketing Analytics at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between high-level growth strategy and the technical data stack, building the frameworks that define how the company measures marketing success and drives data-informed decision-making across global operations.
• • You will lead a team of 3-4 marketing analysts to transform raw data into actionable insights, designing and managing sophisticated attribution models (MTA and MMM), developing predictive algorithms for churn and lead scoring, and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets through incrementality testing and next-best-dollar capabilities.
