Director, Marketing Analytics

📋 Description

• • As Director, Marketing Analytics at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between high-level growth strategy and the technical data stack, building frameworks that define how the company measures success in the global employment space.
• • Day to day, you will lead a team of 3-4 marketing analysts to transform raw data into actionable insights, design and manage multi-touch attribution and media mix models, develop predictive churn and lead scoring algorithms, champion a test-and-learn culture with geo-holdout and A/B testing, optimize multi-million dollar marketing budgets using predictive modeling, oversee cohort analysis and LTV projections, build automated executive dashboards, and act as a strategic advisor to marketing leads while collaborating cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Finance.
