📋 Description

• As Director, Marketing Analytics at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between high-level growth strategy and the technical data stack, building frameworks that define how the company measures success in the global employment space.
• You will lead a team of 3-4 marketing analysts to transform raw data into actionable insights, optimizing marketing spend, improving customer acquisition, and driving long-term retention through predictive modeling, attribution, and experimentation.
• Remote is a fully remote company solving global employment compliance challenges, operating across 6 continents with a culture rooted in innovation, automation, AI, and asynchronous work, empowering employees to bring their full selves to build a best-in-class HR platform.
• In this role, you will deepen funnel understanding, build robust measurement capabilities, enhance forecast accuracy, develop ‘next best dollar’ models, and create industry-leading predictive models that directly impact customer needs and marketing effectiveness while mentoring a high-performing team and collaborating cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science with several years in a leadership role
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data manipulation, including visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot)
• Strong grasp of statistical concepts (significance testing, regression analysis, A/B testing) and deep understanding of statistical modeling as applied to marketing (Bayesian methods for MMM, Random Forests for churn)
• Proven track record in SaaS or B2B marketing analytics with expertise in MarTech ecosystem and signal loss factors (iOS14+, cookie deprecation, privacy regulations)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience managing high-performing analysts and data scientists
• Bias toward action and passion for continuous improvement in a high-growth, fluid environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
