- • Develop and implement the enterprise marketing analytics vision and roadmap to optimize investment performance across paid, owned, and earned media.
- • Build scalable frameworks for campaign measurement, attribution, learning agendas, and continuous optimization to drive marketing efficiency and growth.
- • Partner with Finance and Brand teams to establish ROI models that directly link marketing outcomes to business impact, including pipeline, revenue, and retention.
- • Own the performance reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPI frameworks across all marketing functions.
- • Enhance digital infrastructure and integrations to unify data across the Martech stack, including Salesforce, Snowflake, 6sense, Adobe, and emerging AI platforms.
- • Lead the AI & Insights pillar in partnership with the team to support intelligent workflow automation and agentic marketing capabilities.
- • Ensure data governance, hygiene, and integrity across the full marketing data ecosystem.
- • Evaluate, implement, and optimize Martech tools to drive efficiency, scale, and smarter insights.
- • Oversee the Lead Flow & Systems pillar, driving end-to-end lead flow, sleep flow, renewal workflows, and system integrations in partnership with Customer Success.
- • Build scalable marketing operations processes including campaign operations, budget management, QA, and cross-functional workflows.
- • Establish and maintain a lead scoring model that drives smarter pipeline prioritization and upload decisions.
- • Partner closely with Revenue Operations and Sales to ensure marketing-sourced pipeline meets quality and velocity targets.
- • Champion an AI-native, test-and-learn mindset across the marketing organization to drive agility, accountability, and innovation.
- • Support the development and scaling of agentic marketing workflows, including campaign optimization, intent scoring, and automated reporting.
- • Identify and pilot emerging AI and automation capabilities that accelerate growth and reduce manual effort.
- • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Brand, Customer Success, and Sales around shared measurement frameworks.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-moving, transformation-stage environment with high organizational complexity.
- • Drive scalable operations and systems that turn marketing complexity into clarity and data into measurable business growth.
- • Serve as a critical cross-functional partner to Finance, Brand, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to align marketing strategy with enterprise goals.
- • Manage or partner closely with Martech teams across key platforms including Salesforce, Snowflake, 6sense, and Adobe.
- • Deliver executive-level narratives from data insights to C-suite stakeholders including CMO, CFO, and CRO.
