📋 Description

• As Director Marketing at Sereact GmbH, you will lead all marketing efforts for a fast-growing AI-robotics startup that automates logistics and production with innovative hardware and software solutions, driving brand awareness, market share, and lead generation to support business growth.
• You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage brand messaging and corporate design across channels, plan and optimize online campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email), create targeted content (white papers, blogs, newsletters), lead PR and event initiatives, and collaborate closely with Sales to enhance lead generation, scoring, and nurturing.
• You will join a dynamic, innovative team at Sereact GmbH in Stuttgart, working in a fast-paced AI-robotics environment where you will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing marketing team from the ground up, manage external agencies, and oversee the marketing budget with full autonomy.
• In this role, you will gain leadership experience in scaling a marketing function, deepen expertise in B2B tech marketing and account-based strategies, and achieve measurable impact on brand growth and revenue while developing your strategic and managerial capabilities in a high-growth startup.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in (online) marketing, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, social media, email) and holistic campaign planning.
• Experience in building and leading marketing teams is a plus.
• Confident handling of common marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite) and analytical methods.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
