🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing and scaling marketing operations systems, including marketing automation platforms, CRM integration, and data-driven campaign management.
- • Strong background in aligning marketing strategy with sales and revenue goals, with experience in GTM motion optimization and measurable ROI tracking.
- • Hands-on leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvement through automation and intelligent data use.
- • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and experimentation frameworks to enhance campaign performance and lead quality.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and executive leadership to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment.
