- • Lead and scale Chime’s centralized MarTech organization across paid acquisition, web, lifecycle, and member engagement, ensuring marketing technology enables faster execution, deeper personalization, stronger governance, and scalable growth across the full member lifecycle.
- • Define and execute a cross-channel MarTech strategy, lead and develop a high-performing team, own and optimize the end-to-end marketing technology ecosystem, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Growth leaders to translate business priorities into scalable systems.
- • Chime is a financial technology company focused on helping everyday Americans achieve financial progress through user-friendly tools and intuitive platforms, with a culture rooted in grit, determination, and an owner’s mindset.
- • In this role, you will drive acquisition efficiency, product adoption, lifecycle engagement, and long-term member value while establishing governance, intake, and prioritization frameworks that reduce complexity and increase execution velocity across marketing teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Technology, CRM/lifecycle, or digital marketing systems, including people leadership.
- • Proven track record owning and scaling complex, cross-channel MarTech ecosystems (paid media, CMS, CRM/lifecycle, DAM, and AI-driven tools).
- • Deep hands-on experience with modern marketing platforms such as Braze, Contentful, DAM systems, and emerging AI-enabled marketing technologies.
- • Demonstrated success partnering with Product and Engineering to build scalable integrations, data flows, and experimentation infrastructure.
- • Excellent communicator who can influence cross-functional stakeholders and bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- • Experience in fintech, financial services, subscription, or membership-based businesses preferred.

- • Competitive salary based on experience, with a base salary range of $224,000 to $310,000.
