- • As a Director, Media Strategy (B2B) at Monks, you will lead strategic media initiatives for large B2B clients, shaping full-funnel paid media strategies that drive pipeline impact and revenue outcomes. This role is critical for translating business objectives into integrated media plans that connect brand and demand, directly influencing client growth and marketing effectiveness.
- • Day to day, you will own strategy, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination for 2–3 enterprise and mid-market B2B accounts with $1M+/month in media spend. You will lead client communications, architect integrated media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, ABM, and affiliate channels, guide forecasting and performance reporting, collaborate with data and CRM teams to optimize for MQLs, SAOs, and revenue, and partner with client marketing and sales stakeholders to align campaign strategy with GTM motions.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B media strategy, mentor junior team members, and elevate how Monks delivers strategic media services to complex organizations. You will gain experience in integrating ABM, intent data, and CRM-based measurement, driving clarity and innovation in complex B2B environments while contributing to sustainable growth and DEI initiatives within a globally diverse and inclusive culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on B2B performance strategy
- • Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise or mid-market B2B clients
- • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies across digital channels
- • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights
- • Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks (including multi-touch attribution, MMM, and incrementality testing)
- • Comfortable presenting strategy, performance insights, and executive updates to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and revenue leaders
