Director, Member Engagement Marketing

📋 Description

• • As Director of Member Engagement Marketing at Modern Health, you will lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs that drive member awareness, activation, and long-term engagement across the mental health benefit platform, ensuring members understand, access, and engage with the company’s offerings.
• • You will own the end-to-end member journey from enrollment through sustained engagement, building omni-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) grounded in behavioral science and audience segmentation, and leveraging AI-powered tools to personalize and scale member communication.
