📋 Description
- • The Junior Social Media Specialist will support the execution of social media strategies for U.S.-based clients, focusing on content creation, community engagement, and influencer collaboration to drive brand growth in a fast-paced digital environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include writing on-brand social media copy, creating visuals using Canva and GPT-assisted tools, managing content calendars, engaging with online communities via comments and DMs, collaborating with influencers, tracking performance metrics, and supporting light social prospecting under sales team guidance.
- • The role is part of a remote team supporting Scale Army’s clients, operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where creativity, consistency, and audience connection are prioritized to build strong digital presences.
- • The individual will gain hands-on experience in social media strategy execution, content creation, community management, and influencer marketing, with opportunities to develop skills in analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable campaign support as the company expands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in social media management or related roles with focus on content creation and community engagement
- • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- • Experience with GPT-assisted content creation
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, including understanding of American culture
- • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
