- • The Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development will play a key role in generating, managing, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and select strategic deals, reporting to the VP, Head of M&A at NICE Ltd.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with executive management and stakeholders to set M&A priorities, leading engagement with companies across ecosystems and geographies, identifying and building a pipeline of non-organic growth opportunities, managing the full M&A lifecycle from approach to deal completion (including structuring, financial analysis, due diligence, modeling, valuation, legal documentation, and PMI planning), and collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, technology, operations, legal, sales, and finance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Top university graduate in a relevant discipline
- • 7+ years of hands-on experience in M&A, corporate development, or investments, preferably in technology sectors
- • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and strong quantitative analysis skills
- • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a network of relationships that facilitate deal flow
- • Proactive, self-starter mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and uncertain environment
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex issues and influence stakeholders internally and externally
