📋 Description

• • As Director of AI Enablement at Lodgify, you will lead the Growth Enablement Squad to build the infrastructure and integrations that transform marketing, sales, and partnership teams into high-velocity experimentation engines, directly reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.
• • Day to day, you will architect and manage a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, data analysts, and UX specialists to design and scale AI-native platforms that remove technical debt and enable relentless growth across the organization.
• • Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up in the vacation rental industry, backed by $30M in funding, with a diverse team of 380+ people from over 60 nationalities headquartered in Barcelona, dedicated to empowering property owners and managers worldwide through technology.
• • In this role, you will develop and empower your team to scale AI enablement organization-wide, turning every team into a structural experimentation engine by building core frameworks that compound growth advantages at 100x speed, while gaining leadership experience in AI-driven product enablement at scale.
