- • The Director of Business Development role at Conetic is a pivotal senior leadership position, tasked with spearheading growth initiatives that extend beyond traditional sales execution.
- • This role is strategically focused on cultivating new markets, forging vital strategic partnerships, driving the evolution of our products and the broader ecosystem, and enhancing our brand positioning.
- • Collaboration is key, with close alignment and interaction expected with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- • Importantly, this position does not involve individual sales quotas. Instead, the incumbent is accountable for shaping Conetic's future vision and identifying new opportunities, thereby enabling scalable and sustainable growth.
- • The Director will ensure that Conetic’s offerings, products, and ecosystem are not only competitive but also precisely aligned with evolving market needs and stakeholder expectations.
- • This leadership role is instrumental in guiding the Strategy department to actualize our ambitious future and growth objectives.
- • Growth Strategy & Market Development:
- • Define, develop, and lead comprehensive business development initiatives that are intrinsically aligned with Conetic’s overarching growth strategy and long-term vision.
- • Proactively identify and explore emerging markets, novel use cases, and untapped opportunities for Conetic’s diverse range of services, innovative products, and expanding ecosystem.
- • Continuously monitor and analyze critical industry trends, the competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of our clients and the broader industry to inform and refine strategic priorities.
- • Translate complex market insights and intelligence into concrete, actionable initiatives that foster internal alignment and drive strategic execution.
- • Products, Solutions & Ecosystem Enablement:
- • Serve as a crucial business stakeholder, providing strategic input and direction for Conetic’s suite of products, proprietary tools, and the overall ecosystem.
- • Collaborate intimately with other departments to shape product roadmaps, define essential requirements, and meticulously plan rollout strategies for new and enhanced offerings.
- • Ensure that Conetic’s solutions remain consistently relevant to the market, demonstrably scalable, and are clearly and effectively positioned to all stakeholders.
- • Drive both internal alignment and external adoption of Conetic’s integrated ecosystem across our valued clients and strategic partners.
- • Strategic Partnerships & Relationships:
- • Develop, cultivate, and meticulously manage strategic partnerships that are essential for supporting Conetic’s long-term growth trajectory and enhancing its unique value proposition.
- • Ensure that all partnerships are structured effectively, strategically aligned with business objectives, and demonstrably delivering tangible value and measurable outcomes to the business.
- • Sales Enablement & Strategic Support:
- • Provide robust support to Sales leadership by offering strategic insights, deep market intelligence, and expert guidance on solution positioning.
- • Make significant contributions to the development of strategies for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and actively participate in high-priority client engagements to ensure optimal outcomes.
- • Engage in key strategic conversations to ensure that new opportunities are effectively framed, compellingly positioned, and aligned with Conetic's strategic goals.
- • Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution:
- • Lead and orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives that are critical for driving growth, fostering partnerships, and evolving our product offerings.
- • Achieve and maintain alignment among diverse stakeholders regarding priorities, project timelines, and the expected outcomes of strategic initiatives.
- • Ensure a seamless transition of initiatives from conceptualization through to successful execution, maintaining clear ownership, accountability, and diligent follow-through at every stage.
