📋 Description

• As Director of Business Operations at Edvisorly Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing internal systems, processes, and workflows to support the company’s rapid growth, serving as a key partner to the Chief Operating Officer.
• You will own the creation, evolution, and documentation of business systems and processes, ensuring smooth handoffs to functional teams and driving organization-wide adoption.
• You will build and automate data analyses using AI and other tools to generate actionable insights, translating data into clear recommendations that inform strategic decisions across teams.
• You will lead cross-functional initiatives and high-priority projects, including key partnerships and company-wide efforts critical to scaling the business, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and profitability.
• You will proactively identify and resolve implementation issues and adoption challenges, independently solving problems where possible and escalating complex or high-risk issues appropriately.
• You will work in a mission-driven, fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on transforming higher education through AI-first technology and student-centered design, collaborating with humble, hardworking teammates committed to integrity, teamwork, and excellence.
• You will help institutions improve enrollment outcomes while advancing equitable access and opportunity for students nationwide by ensuring strategic decisions translate into consistent, reliable day-to-day execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or cross-functional project management
• Experience owning complex, cross-functional processes end-to-end
• Ability to map workflows and identify where systems or processes break down
• Highly analytical, comfortable using data (and AI tools) to drive decisions
• Experience in higher education, edtech, or SaaS environments (preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude with experience troubleshooting systems and workflows (preferred)
