  • • As Director of Business Systems Revenue at DocPlanner Group S.A., you will own the end-to-end GTM technology strategy and blueprint to make Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams meaningfully more productive through trusted tooling and data.
  • • You will lead the stabilization and adoption of the Salesforce migration, ensure seamless Salesforce-HubSpot integration, and deliver trusted GTM data flowing to the data warehouse while building AI-powered automations that remove manual work and improve speed and insight.
  • • You will build a high-performing GTM systems team and Center of Excellence, establish modern delivery and operating models (CI/CD, release discipline, service catalog, SLOs), and drive strong vendor partnerships with clear ROI, SLAs, and accountability.
  • • Reporting to the COO with a dotted line to the CPTO, you will drive operational excellence, improve data quality, increase stakeholder NPS across Sales, CS, Care, and Finance, and deliver measurable productivity gains and predictable execution through quarterly commitments and short delivery cycles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience building and leading GTM/business systems in scaled SaaS or marketplace environments
  • • Hands-on ownership of Salesforce Sales & Service and a GTM Systems Center of Excellence
  • • Shipped AI-powered automations in real GTM workflows
  • • Strong integration and data foundations expertise (APIs, iPaaS, data quality, observability)
  • • Proven Salesforce-HubSpot integration experience and HubSpot expertise
  • • Led senior program and vendor management, including RFPs, SLAs, TCO, and ROI evaluation
