• • The Director of Client Experience, Commercial Risk - Insurance Advisory Solution, West Region establishes the strategy and protocols for all aspects of client service and is responsible for execution of workflows, processes and best practices at Baldwin Technology Company Inc., an award-winning insurance brokerage firm with a holistic approach to risk management.
• • Day to day, the role involves partnering with the Managing Director to establish and lead client segmentation strategy, enhancing client experience, ensuring high client retention, optimizing workflows, leading service team integration projects, managing insurance company partner relationships, coaching and mentoring team colleagues, fostering open communication and high morale, overseeing team direction and accountability, and conducting performance reviews, onboarding, and termination decisions.
