- • As Director of Client Services (Creator) at Pearpop, you will lead the client services team to build lasting, meaningful relationships with key accounts and drive revenue through long-term partnerships and account growth in the creator marketing industry.
- • Day to day, you will manage and direct team strategies and tactics to meet KPIs and financial objectives, oversee the full account management revenue generation process, collaborate with Account Managers, Creator Partner Managers, and Revenue Operations, and provide end-to-end client support throughout the campaign lifecycle from pre- to post-campaign.
- • Pearpop is a growth-stage, high-performance startup redefining how brands harness creators to reach and inspire audiences, combining creative strategy, creator curation, and media amplification with a data-driven approach and full-stack technology to deliver culturally relevant campaigns.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in Pearpop’s execution process, lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver creative client solutions, establish new relationships with business development clients, and grow revenue across your portfolio while advancing your leadership in strategic account management and creator marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years experience managing and leading an account management or similar team in the social and/or creator marketing industry or an agency or media company
- • Creative and strategic mindset eager to apply to various business development initiatives
- • Proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset and adapt to quickly changing priorities
- • Strong organizational skills, clear communicator, and attention to detail that thrive in a fast-paced environment
- • Passionate, ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, and humble entrepreneurial spirit
- • Must be a self starter and creative problem solver
