HCP Contract Specialist

📋 Description

• • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the efficient and timely progression of HCP consultancy agreements throughout their entire lifecycle.
• • Act as a delegate for the HCP contracting Sponsor, ensuring all business-facing and process requirements are accurately and promptly entered into systems to enable contract progression.
• • Manage all assigned HCP contracting tasks and activities, ensuring sponsors are actively informed and involved in key decision-making points throughout the agreement process.
• • Prepare and distribute Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure Forms to potential IDMC members, execute Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), and facilitate the review and execution of IDMC consulting agreements.
• • Independently manage assigned business functions with proactive engagement to address the contractual needs of Sponsor stakeholders in a timely manner.
• • Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal support teams including Clinical Study, Commercial Operations HCP, Finance, Corporate Compliance, and Legal to ensure seamless contract progression from initiation to close-out.
• • Identify opportunities for process improvement across the HCP contract lifecycle and develop business cases with initial solution ideas to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• • Ensure all contractual documentation and compliance requirements are met in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
• • Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve bottlenecks, clarify requirements, and maintain accurate records of all HCP agreements and related communications.
• • Support the timely execution of contracts by tracking milestones, managing deadlines, and escalating issues as needed to prevent delays.
• • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all contract-related documentation, communications, and system entries.
• • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow inefficiencies and proposing actionable enhancements to the HCP contracting process.
• • Ensure adherence to corporate compliance, legal, and ethical standards in all aspects of HCP contracting activities.
• • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams regarding the status, requirements, and documentation of HCP consultancy agreements.
• • Support the onboarding and alignment of new HCPs by coordinating necessary paperwork, disclosures, and approvals prior to agreement execution.
• • Monitor contract performance and ensure proper close-out procedures are followed upon completion of HCP engagements.
