- • As Director of Cloud Native Applications at Caylent, you will lead the App Dev, AI, and ML practice, driving technical excellence and scaling delivery capabilities to help customers bring modern, AI-accelerated applications to life on AWS.
- • You will define and execute the strategic vision for the practice, lead and mentor a team of 50+ engineers and consultants, oversee customer engagements, and champion AI-powered tools to improve engineering productivity and solution quality.
