• • As Director of Cloud Native Applications at Caylent, you will lead the Application Development, AI, and ML practice, guiding project delivery, enabling engineering teams, and shaping high-impact solutions that help customers modernize applications and adopt AI in AWS environments.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining strategic vision for the practice, establishing technical excellence standards, leading and mentoring a team of 50+ engineers and consultants, overseeing customer engagements for quality and satisfaction, strengthening partnerships with AWS and Anthropic, supporting pre-sales and go-to-market strategies, driving innovation in AI-enabled software delivery, and representing the company at industry events.
