Director of Compliance Operations

📋 Description

• • As Director of Compliance Operations at Verse Medical Inc., you will own the machinery that keeps the company compliant with CMS and payors, ensuring facilities, accreditations, and licenses are always current. You will design processes, run the work, and build a small team focused on delivering accurate, on-time, zero-defect execution.
• • Day to day, you will maintain accreditation requirements including policies, logs, training, disaster plans, and environment of care; lead mock surveys and corrective actions; manage state DMEPOS licenses, renewals, expansions, and relocations; track NPIs, PTANs, revalidations in PECOS, surety bonds, and CLIA; manage compliance requirements for downstream entities and partnerships; deliver training to frontline teams; implement simple audits; hire and coach a small pod including a licensing & compliance coordinator and a QA analyst; and implement lightweight dashboards covering audit cycle times, overturn rates, error categories, and license statuses.
