📋 Description

• As Director of Engagement at Metaview AI Limited, you will lead the US SMB & MM post-sales motion, building and scaling a high-performing Customer Success team to drive revenue outcomes and customer value in a fast-growing AI recruiting company.
• Day to day, you will recruit, develop, and performance-manage a team of CSMs, own GRR and NRR targets, establish operating rhythms for onboarding and renewal processes, and partner with global leadership to refine CS playbooks and systems.
• Metaview is an AI company backed by top-tier investors including Google Ventures, growing 5x YoY, with customers like Brex, Affirm, and Airtable, operating on a core principle of velocity and craft in a hybrid work model across San Francisco, New York, and London.
• In this role, you will build exceptional teams, drive measurable customer impact through AI-powered workflows, and achieve personal growth as a leader in scaling a critical revenue function in a high-stakes, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of CS leadership in high-growth, VC-backed B2B SaaS with ownership of MM and/or SMB segments
• Proven track record of building or scaling a CS team from scratch in a high-growth environment
• Direct revenue ownership experience with commercial instinct in building expansion and retention motions
• Demonstrated AI-native mindset: actively using AI to improve team output and workflows
• Operational rigour in building scalable, pragmatic playbooks and rhythms
• High autonomy with strong async communication habits for global collaboration
• Based in San Francisco or open to relocating to a hybrid work arrangement
