• • As Director of Engineering at n8n, you will lead and scale the Core Experience engineering organization, driving technical strategy and product execution for AI-native workflow automation in a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS company.
• • You will lead multiple engineering teams across AI, Nodes, Community, and Adoption & Retention, fostering high-performance culture, coaching leaders, and ensuring alignment with company goals while delivering meaningful user-facing experiences.
