  • • **Lead and Scale a World-Class Engineering Services Team:** As the Director of Engineering Services, you will be instrumental in cultivating, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of customer-facing software and solutions engineers.   • • **Drive Customer Success through Strategic Technical Advisory:** You will serve as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor to our enterprise clients, engaging directly with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders. This includes leading executive-level discovery sessions to deeply understand client needs, architecting bespoke solutions, and conducting technical validation. Your ability to confidently present and demo product capabilities, custom solutions, and technical roadmaps will be crucial in building strong client relationships and ensuring their success.
  • • **Architect and Oversee Complex Full-Stack Solution Delivery:** This role demands a deep understanding of full-stack development to guide your team in translating complex customer business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures. You will oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of custom solutions, encompassing APIs and integrations, backend services and data pipelines, databases and data models, and frontend/UI/UX experiences. Ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements will be a key performance indicator.
  • • **Forge Strategic Commercial and Partnership Alignments:** You will operate at the critical intersection of engineering, product, sales, and professional services. A significant aspect of your role will be partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to accurately scope, price, and sell professional services and custom solutions. This involves actively supporting pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, solutioning, and services scoping, while skillfully balancing the need for customer customization with platform scalability and alignment with our product roadmap.
  • • **Influence Product Strategy and Platform Evolution:** Your insights from working directly with enterprise customers will be invaluable in shaping CreatorIQ's future. You will collaborate closely with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities based on the evolving needs of our strategic clients. Furthermore, you will work with core Engineering teams to ensure alignment on architectural standards, security protocols, and platform extensibility, contributing to the overall health and growth of the CreatorIQ platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience across a combination of customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, professional services, technical consulting) and engineering/product management roles.
  • • Proven experience leading and scaling teams of senior engineers in a customer-facing environment.
  • • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex, full-stack software solutions.
  • • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior customer and internal stakeholders.
  • • Hands-on experience with modern full-stack architectures (e.g., REST/GraphQL APIs, backend services, databases, frontend frameworks).
