  • • You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of customer-facing software engineers and solution architects. This includes setting rigorous technical and delivery standards for all custom solution development within our enterprise engagements. A key aspect of your leadership will be fostering a culture that champions technical excellence, deep customer empathy, unwavering accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will also partner closely with our recruiting team to attract and onboard top-tier engineering and solutions talent, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
  • • Engaging directly with customers at the executive level will be a core responsibility. You will lead discovery sessions, architect solution designs, and conduct technical validation meetings with senior client stakeholders. Presenting and demonstrating product capabilities, custom-built solutions, and technical roadmaps with confidence and clarity will be essential. A critical focus will be ensuring that all customer solutions are not only robust and effective but also inherently scalable, secure, and strategically aligned with CreatorIQ's long-term platform vision.
  • • You will oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of comprehensive full-stack custom solutions. This encompasses a wide range of technical areas, including the development and integration of APIs, the creation of robust backend services and data pipelines, the design of efficient databases and data models, and the implementation of intuitive frontend and UI/UX experiences. Your guidance will be crucial in translating complex customer business requirements into sophisticated, resilient technical architectures. A primary objective is to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of these solutions across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements, maintaining CreatorIQ's reputation for excellence.
  • • Strategically, you will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to effectively scope, price, and sell professional services and custom solutions. This involves actively supporting pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, intricate solutioning, and detailed services scoping. You will be adept at balancing the need for customer-specific customization with the imperative of maintaining platform scalability and ensuring alignment with the broader product roadmap. Furthermore, you will contribute significantly to the evolution of our services offerings, packaging strategies, and overall go-to-market approach, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities, ensuring they reflect the evolving needs of our enterprise customers. Close collaboration with core Engineering teams is vital for aligning on architectural standards, security protocols, and platform extensibility. You will also partner with Strategic Services leadership to define critical success metrics, optimize utilization targets, and measure customer impact, ensuring our services organization operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience across a combination of customer-facing technical roles (e.g., solutions engineering, professional services, technical consulting) and engineering/product management roles.
  • • Proven track record of leading and scaling teams of senior engineers, particularly in a customer-facing or professional services environment.
  • • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex, full-stack software solutions, with a strong understanding of modern architectures.
  • • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior customer and internal stakeholders.
  • • Hands-on experience with modern full-stack architectures, including REST/GraphQL APIs, backend services/microservices, relational/NoSQL databases, and frontend frameworks/UI/UX best practices.
