• • As the Director of Engineering, Solution Architecture at OneMagnify Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the technical future of our client-facing solutions. Operating at the forefront of AI-native, platform-enabled B2B digital agency services, this role demands a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between complex client business objectives and cutting-edge technological strategies.
• • You will own the architectural vision and technical strategy, ensuring that every solution we design and deliver is not only innovative and scalable but also deeply aligned with our clients' strategic goals and our own organizational standards for technical excellence.
• • This leadership position requires a unique blend of strategic foresight and hands-on architectural guidance, with a dynamic balance between delivery oversight (approximately 60%) and strategic architecture development (approximately 40%), adaptable to evolving organizational needs.
• • A core aspect of your role will be cultivating and maintaining strategic client relationships at the technical executive level. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts, providing expert technical consulting and advisory services that translate complex business challenges into robust, actionable technical strategies.
• • You will actively participate in account planning and the development of growth strategies, proactively identifying new opportunities within existing client partnerships. Your ability to handle technical escalations and provide architectural guidance on the most complex client challenges will be critical to client success and retention.
• • You will represent OneMagnify in high-stakes client executive meetings and technical steering committees, serving as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for our capabilities.
• • On the architectural leadership front, you will be responsible for defining, evolving, and enforcing architectural standards, principles, and best practices across the entire organization. This includes developing and maintaining a forward-looking technology roadmap and architecture radar to anticipate and leverage emerging opportunities and trends.
• • You will establish standardized solution frameworks designed to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability, creating a consistent and high-quality foundation for all client engagements.
• • Architectural governance will be a key responsibility, managed through rigorous design reviews, effective Architecture Change Management processes, and diligent compliance oversight. You will ensure that all architectural decisions are meticulously aligned with business requirements, stringent security policies, and established technical standards.
• • In terms of solution design and technical excellence, you will oversee the creation of complex, scalable architectures for client solutions, spanning both application and data platform domains. You will guide and mentor the Solutions Architects and Data Platform Architect, fostering the development of high-quality technical designs.
• • Your review and approval of architectural blueprints for major initiatives and client engagements will be a critical gatekeeping function, ensuring the integrity and viability of our proposed solutions.
• • You will be a driving force for innovation, actively researching and evaluating emerging technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns to keep OneMagnify at the cutting edge.
• • Ensuring seamless integration between application architecture and data platform architecture will be paramount to delivering cohesive and powerful solutions.
• • Leading through management, you will mentor, develop, and inspire the Solution Architecture Manager and the broader architecture team. This includes conducting performance reviews, facilitating career development planning, and providing ongoing coaching.
• • You will foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the architecture practice, empowering your team to achieve their best.
• • Providing guidance on complex architectural challenges and supporting the professional growth of individual architects will be a key leadership function. • • Cross-functional collaboration is essential. You will partner closely with Delivery Leadership and Data Engineering directors to ensure the flawless execution of architectural designs.

• • Working with business leaders and stakeholders, you will translate high-level business requirements into detailed, effective technical architectures.
• • You will serve as a crucial liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear and productive discussions about architecture.
• • Providing regular, insightful updates to senior leadership on architectural initiatives, standards adoption, and relevant technology trends will keep the executive team informed and aligned.
• • Quality and performance optimization are continuous pursuits. You will identify and implement architectural optimizations to enhance system performance, scalability, and overall efficiency.

• • You will maintain organized repositories for reference architectures, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and technical specifications, creating a valuable knowledge base.
