- • Lead global field enablement strategy and execution for Contentsquare's GTM organization, driving measurable business outcomes through enablement programs tied to revenue growth and field performance.
- • Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of Enablement Business Partners, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability and excellence while serving as a strategic advisor to GTM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product leadership.
- • Own Command of the Message (CoM) adoption and proficiency across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, including certification, skill development, embedding CoM into Salesforce workflows, and coaching managers on methodology-based deal reviews.
- • Design and deliver scalable enablement programs including trainings, content, tools, coaching, peer learning, reinforcement plans, and communications, with an AI-first mindset to accelerate impact in a fast-paced, innovative SaaS environment.
- • Define and track success metrics for all enablement initiatives, using data to evaluate effectiveness, iterate programs, and report regularly to GTM leadership and stakeholders.
