• • As Director of GDS Distribution (Remote), you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize content and drive commercial strategies with GDS partners and technology providers, playing a critical role in revenue generation and customer value within the Global Business Partnerships team.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities to enhance content offerings, partnering with GDS and technology providers to align on goals, resolving content-related issues, developing commercial models, managing costs, collaborating with internal teams, and transforming large data sets into actionable insights to inform strategy.
• • You will work within the Global Business Partnerships (GBP) team at Amex GBT, a strategic unit focused on supplier-side relationships that significantly contributes to the company’s value proposition and revenue through technology partnerships and distribution innovation.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic execution skills, drive organizational change, deepen expertise in global distribution systems and commercial negotiations, and influence cross-functional alignment to ensure long-term competitiveness in the travel technology landscape.
