- • Lead the development of a unified, powerful narrative that connects Motorola Solutions’ innovation to real-world customer outcomes in safety and security markets.
- • Drive the transition from a fragmented "house of brands" to a single, cohesive "house brand" identity under Motorola Solutions to streamline seller messaging and reduce customer confusion.
- • Own and articulate the core brand narrative rooted in Motorola Solutions’ 90-year legacy of trust, reliability, and mission-critical innovation.
- • Overhaul product naming conventions by eliminating internal jargon and technical suffixes, replacing them with simple, outcome-focused names that resonate with end users.
- • Partner closely with product development teams to ensure innovation strategy is grounded in customer needs, market intelligence, and real-world use cases.
- • Design compelling solution offers, pricing models, and bundling strategies that maximize market adoption and customer value across global markets.
- • Define and execute the commercialization roadmap for solution portfolios, including pricing, channel strategy, and launch sequencing.
- • Conduct in-depth analysis of competitive landscapes and macro-environmental factors to position Motorola Solutions effectively against global competitors.
- • Empower sales and channel partners with high-impact content, tools, and platforms to accelerate customer engagement and shorten sales cycles.
- • Develop a new suite of co-branded sales enablement materials and updated resources to elevate customer interactions and transform sellers into trusted allies.
- • Ensure marketing activities are aligned with measurable business outcomes, including driving marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and building a scalable, predictable sales pipeline.
- • Lead cross-functional teams across product, sales, and global marketing functions with accountability for significant global budgets.
- • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, simple customer-centric stories that resonate with non-technical buyers and decision-makers.
- • Maintain strategic oversight of global marketing initiatives while ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and commercial execution across regions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong background in the technology industry
- • Proven ability to connect product development strategy with go-to-market execution
- • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with ability to articulate complex technical innovations as simple customer outcomes
- • Demonstrated success in driving marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and building measurable sales pipelines
- • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing significant global budgets
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus
