- • The Director of Growth & Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for leading Hangar Aviation Technologies’ transition from a project-based firm to a scalable, MRR-driven professional services business, reporting directly to the Owner and owning both revenue growth strategy and operational delivery.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning the full revenue engine—pipeline generation, sales execution, client onboarding, delivery quality, and retention—while leading a distributed global team across time zones through clear KPIs, weekly accountability rhythms, and live scorecards.
- • The company is a fast-growing global professional services firm building long-term remote careers, focused on scaling recurring revenue models in services like bookkeeping, accounting/CAS, fractional CFO, and IT managed services, with a lean, high-ownership culture.
- • In this role, the person will learn to build and scale MRR-first commercial models, improve client retention to 95%+, maintain 13-week rolling cash flow visibility, and design operational infrastructure (SOPs, templates, checklists) that enables consistent, scalable delivery while driving measurable improvements in close rate, rework rate, and labor efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven builder with experience growing a services business from early stage to $1–$5M in revenue, having owned both commercial growth (sales, pricing, pipeline) and operational execution (delivery, staffing, retention).
- • Direct experience selling and managing monthly recurring services in bookkeeping, accounting/CAS, fractional CFO, IT managed services, or closely related fields.
- • Experience leading distributed or global teams, setting weekly priorities, and holding people accountable to outcomes using scorecard-driven, KPI-led management.
- • Must have prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, ClickUp, Google Workspace, or similar), ideally with US or UK-based companies.
