📋 Description

• The Director of Integration and Channel at DexCom, Inc. plays a critical role in turning strategy into execution by ensuring that growth initiatives—such as acquisitions, go-direct transitions, and channel expansion—are not only launched but successfully embedded across EMEA markets. This role operates at the center of transformation, bridging enterprise strategy with country-level execution to drive sustainable growth.
• Day to day, the person will design and deploy scalable commercial operating models, own end-to-end integration of acquisitions, lead channel model integration including distributor onboarding and governance, identify and remove structural bottlenecks, develop scalable processes and playbooks, and drive standardization across markets while working cross-functionally with commercial, operational, finance, legal, and operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of industry experience
• 9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry
• Strong experience leading complex transformation and integration initiatives
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models
• Experience working cross-functionally across commercial, finance, legal, and operations
• Background in acquisition integration, channel strategy, or market model transformation
