- • Own end-to-end field marketing strategy and execution for the EMEA region, with a primary focus on generating measurable pipeline and revenue through high-impact events and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- • Plan and execute boutique, high-touch ABM events tailored to enterprise target accounts, ensuring each event is strategically designed to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- • Identify, secure, and manage sponsorships and participation at key industry events across core EMEA markets, aligning each appearance with targeted account lists and sales priorities.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to define ideal target accounts, determine optimal event locations, and co-develop messaging and outreach strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
- • Ensure all marketing events are not merely logistical successes but are tracked for pipeline generation, opportunity creation, and revenue impact—with rigorous follow-up and reporting processes in place.
- • Manage all event logistics end-to-end, including vendor selection, budgeting, venue coordination, attendee management, content development, and post-event nurture campaigns.
- • Continuously analyze event performance and ROI, using data to refine targeting, format, timing, and execution for improved outcomes and higher conversion rates across future initiatives.
- • Build foundational marketing programs and processes from the ground up, establishing scalable frameworks for events, ABM, and field marketing that can be expanded as the team grows.
- • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between global marketing and regional Sales leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging, and pipeline goals.
- • Establish metrics and reporting dashboards to quantify the contribution of field marketing to pipeline and revenue, providing transparency and accountability to leadership.
- • Lead vendor relationships and manage external agencies or contractors supporting event production, creative assets, and logistics.
- • Anticipate operational challenges and proactively solve problems without requiring direction, maintaining momentum even in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
- • Set the standard for quality and impact in EMEA marketing efforts, ensuring every touchpoint reflects CodeRabbit’s innovative brand and commitment to excellence.
- • Lay the groundwork for future team growth by documenting processes, identifying early hires, and defining roles that will scale the field marketing function over time.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years in field marketing, events, or demand generation
- • Strong experience with ABM-style events and industry events
- • Proven ability to drive pipeline through field marketing programs
- • Experience working closely with B2B Sales teams
- • Comfortable operating in a build-from-scratch environment
- • Willing to travel across EMEA
