- • As Director of Marketing Operations at Fleetio, you will lead the evolution of Marketing Operations from reactive support into a proactive, insight-driven engine that powers predictable growth and shapes the company’s demand-engine design, lifecycle optimization, forecasting, attribution, and marketing systems architecture as core components of the revenue engine.
- • You will own the strategic Marketing Ops roadmap, build and maintain standardized executive dashboards and board-ready reporting, optimize the Marketo ↔ Salesforce architecture, lead attribution strategy and data governance, implement operating models with clear intake and SLA frameworks, partner closely with Sales and Business Development on demo-to-SDR handoff and lead routing, define Marketing’s KPI framework tied to SaaS unit economics, and lead and develop the Marketing Ops and Analytics team.

- • In this role, you will elevate Marketing Operations into a strategic revenue architect, gain deep expertise in funnel analytics, attribution modeling, and marketing systems architecture, influence executive decision-making as a trusted partner to the CMO and C-level stakeholders, and build a high-performing team while driving adoption of new processes, systems, and reporting standards that directly impact pipeline and revenue outcomes.
