• • The Director of Meetings & Events at Brown & Brown Insurance is responsible for shaping the strategic purpose, narrative, and outcomes of all meetings and events, ensuring they align with enterprise priorities and deliver clear messaging, emotional connection, and defined takeaways for attendees.
• • Day to day, the role involves partnering with executive leaders to define event objectives, translating strategy into cohesive content frameworks, designing agendas with intentional pacing, selecting session formats for impact, managing internal and external speakers, reviewing presentations and materials, and evaluating post-event effectiveness for continuous improvement.
