- • As Director of Monetization & LiveOps at Beach Bum, you will lead revenue growth and player engagement across the game portfolio, sitting at the intersection of product, economy design, live content, and analytics to drive both short-term performance and long-term monetization strategy.
- • You will define and execute monetization strategy (IAP, DTC, subscriptions, ads), optimize the payer funnel, design pricing and offer structures, identify new revenue opportunities, and own the monetization experimentation roadmap through A/B testing and segmentation.
- • You will lead Live Ops by building seasonal calendars and event frameworks, ensuring alignment with retention and monetization goals, analyzing performance metrics, and balancing content cadence with economy health.
- • You will oversee in-game economy health, partner with analytics to monitor KPIs, translate data into action plans, drive player segmentation, mentor teams, and collaborate with Product, Game Design, BI, Marketing, and UA to align initiatives with studio strategy and present insights to senior leadership.
