• • This role is for a Director of Organic Growth at Weekday, leading and scaling a comprehensive organic acquisition engine across multiple discovery channels including SEO, ASO, GEO, and extension store optimization.
• • The person will define and execute a holistic organic growth strategy, set and track OKRs tied to impressions, clicks, MAU, installs, and revenue, lead and mentor a high-performing team, own and prioritize the organic growth roadmap, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Content, Brand, and Marketing teams to embed organic growth into core product and go-to-market strategies.
• • Weekday is a company seeking a strategic, high-ownership leader to drive traffic, user acquisition, installs, revenue, and global brand visibility through innovative organic growth initiatives across web, app, AI-driven search, and browser extension platforms.
• • The person can learn and achieve mastery in emerging growth disciplines like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), lead large-scale organic initiatives, influence product roadmap decisions using user intent and search trends, and grow into senior leadership roles by demonstrating impact across global, multi-channel organic performance.
