- • Maintain and manage accurate, complete, and consistent product data across e-commerce platforms, including pricing, descriptions, attributes, imagery, and categorization
- • Execute product launches, updates, and discontinuations in alignment with category timelines and business priorities
- • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies that impact product visibility, searchability, or sales performance
- • Manage book pack component updates to ensure optimal customer experience on digital platforms
- • Own and manage the Monthly New Release program, including maintaining calendars, timelines, and product data to ensure on-time, accurate launches
- • Facilitate and execute web updates for major seasonal catalog launches in January and July, ensuring alignment between printed catalog assortments and online product availability
- • Support the E-Statement program through accurate proofing and potential future ownership to drive strategic growth
- • Analyze e-commerce performance data including sales, conversion rates, traffic, and SKU-level performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to inform assortment planning, promotions, and digital optimization strategies
- • Build and maintain reporting tools and synthesize findings from multiple data sources to support Category Management decision-making
- • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Category Management, Marketing, Creative, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product setup and launch readiness
- • Facilitate ongoing communication and alignment with the E-Comm team to ensure smooth operational flow
- • Support continuous improvement of e-commerce data management processes, tools, and systems
- • Craft compelling, customer-focused product content with strong copywriting and editing skills
- • Ensure all digital content meets brand standards and enhances the online shopping experience
- • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines tied to catalog and seasonal cycles
- • Work behind the scenes to enable team success through precision, process discipline, and proactive problem-solving
- • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and system functionality
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, category management, or data-driven support roles
- • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- • Working knowledge of HTML
- • Excellent copywriting and editing skills for customer-focused product content
- • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
