📋 Description

• • The Community & Marketing Manager at TalentSafari SAS will build and strengthen the Included VC Africa community by deepening relationships with Fellows, expanding reach into underserved markets, and increasing the visibility of the Fellowship’s impact across the investment ecosystem.
• • Day to day, the role involves proactively identifying career opportunities for Fellows, facilitating warm introductions, supporting their transition into investment roles, creating and sharing compelling content that highlights Fellows’ insights and achievements, coordinating with leadership to deliver high-quality experiences, and serving as the primary point of contact for Fellows to understand their needs and foster belonging.
• • The company, Included VC Africa, is a mission-driven initiative launched in 2019 to increase diversity in venture capital by offering a fully-funded Fellowship to individuals from underrepresented backgrounds globally, with a specific focus on cultivating a diverse investor ecosystem across all 54 African countries through education, access, and network-building.
• • In this role, the person will develop expertise in community engagement, ecosystem storytelling, and partnership development within the African early-stage investment landscape, while gaining leadership experience and the potential to grow into a Community & Marketing Director position through ownership of innovative programs and strategic outreach.
