📋 Description

• Senior Performance Marketer responsible for driving user acquisition and scaling paid media campaigns to support EverAI’s mission of reaching 100M users in 12 months and 500M beyond.
• Own and optimize paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Native, ASA), run high-velocity creative and audience testing, manage budgets from $300K to $1M+/month, and improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV through data-driven iteration.
• Collaborate with product, content, and analytics teams to build scalable funnels, refine landing pages, and implement automation systems for efficient campaign scaling.
• Build strong media partnerships, stay ahead of platform changes, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives while working in a fast-paced, high-ownership remote culture focused on innovation and ethical AI development.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in monthly paid media spend
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboard reporting
• Ability to write creative briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate rapidly based on performance
